New workout

Lower
Squats wmup-barX5x2 95x7
135x8 185x5 295x4 225x5 245x5
SLDL 135x6 225x6 245x6 275x4
LEg EXT 75x10 95x10 120x10 150x10
Lunges-3 sets of 5 reps per leg

Highlights: Felt good, a little weak on the squats....only 225x5 felt strong and easy. Stopped with the lunges cause they hurt my knees...did 1 set with a normal step and 2 sets with a longer stride.

Lowlights: Not sure if there is any other than I hurt this morning.
