I live 30 minutes away from a gym and with 2 little ones at home... I can't afford to add 1 hour of transit to a 1 to 2 hour gym routine! So I keep busy lifting free weights and doing DVD's. I just bought Jillian Michaels' No trouble zones! WOW! What a workout!
I did the full routine (minus a couple of those surender exercises...) every morning this week. It's no wonder she got tremendous results on the Biggest Loser... I'm drenched when I get done. Maybe Jillian will be the one getting me to my next mini goal.
I add these DVD workouts to the routines I get from this site and it seems to be working for me! If you have any suggestions of fun exercise DVD's I'm open to suggestions!
