Getting excited to start my program. Im not exactly good with CREATING my own workouts and i need help from someone who knows how. Cant wait to get started, really excited. I am a Lacrosse player, a triathlete; a runner; swimmer; Crossfitter, and a cyclist, But ive been wing'n it for about 2 yeas and ive been all disorganized and worried if im not doing enough or too much or not resting enough or being to lazy so its nice to have this as a trainer. It gives you complete organization and a plan which i like. if i dont have a plan im worried...

    I like the exercise routines off youtube and stuff its just the part of how to lay it out throughout the week so I know what im doing today then tomorrow and the day after that and things like that that's my only problem cause I don't know if im doing to much or to little or I should do something else you know...

    Have you made your own exercise program on this site? They'll guide you on what to do and show you with pictures. Also I've been going on YouTube and searching workout routines.
