Sorry Charlie ( LOLOLOLOL) I deleted the whole post!.
Anyway the last 6 weeks I went from 315 to 290lbs. All the while my over all muscle size has stayed the same of increased. I see much better definiton on my shoulders and thighs. Is that possible LOL!

Charlie to answer your question about diet yes I have here is what i now eat every week!:
I eat meals at 730, 10am 12noon, 3pm and 6pm. the 6pm one is one that I
share with Chris and alex. But the others are this oatmeal at 730am. 3-4
egg whites, and eggs, at 10am. At noon I have a chicken leg quarter 1 cup
brown ric and 2 cups vege stirfry. At 3 I have a smal baked potato with a
can of tuna. Sometimes I add veges then as well or I also have a apple with
the noon and 3 pm meals. I think I have found that diet/workout plan that
will let me loose the 14% body fat and or get to 235lbs.
