With Alex not in Child Care anymore, I have not been to the gym. :( I miss it. I did sign up with Tone with Tots Yoga/Pilates. Today was cancelled bc of a training holiday so I am looking forward to Weds. Sara said it kicked her butt so I am nervious too. :)
The past few weeks I kind of binged on sweets but not so much. I can tell how my body reacts to sugars and I am not happy about it. Luckily they are making swedish fish and Sour patch kids in the 100 calorie packs.
