Today was my first day of the new program under the intermediate level...did 132 chest reps, 44 calf raises and 45 mins of cardio...I was finding the last program I put together was getting too easy by the 7th week...I'm down now 42 lbs since June 1, 2010 and it feels great...my chest was sore after the workout but that's what i'm looking for, the challenge...
