I just lost my entire workout and had to do it again because of no quote. That sucked.
Chest
Dumbbell Incline Bench Presses 12x30,6x35,5x40,4x40
Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses 12x35,6x40,5x40,5x40
Incline Dumbbell Fly 12x30,6x30,5x30,5x30
Biceps
Dumbbell Curls 12x20,8x25,10x20,8x20
Machine Bicep Curls 12x60,12x60,9x60,8x60
20 minutes on bike for cardio
Arms are dead.
