No time like the present. Right?

So I have been trying to lose weight for 10 months. Only down by 17lbs and I was really angry with myself. I just finished my summer semester and I had 17 days to get on the ball. It's been 2 days and the obstacles have already started rolling in. I'm baby sitting my nephew whose 4 and I have my 10 month old son so I'm a little distracted. I felt like I needed to get off the couch and do something so I did. I did a fartlek podcast yesterday and today I found this site. I saw personalized workout routines and I jumped on it. It may be almost 1:00am but I 'm starting my workout plan. And tomorrow will be no different. If I'm going to do this I have to get started sometime and there's no time like the present.

currently:           short term goal:           midway goal:               ultimate goal:
25y/o                         -                                  -                                    -
5'4"                            -                                  -                                    -
200.8lbs                 190lbs                        171lbs                           153lbs =   -47.8lbs

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm trying to change my mindset, I know I can find the time. My son is no problem, I'm my own biggest problem.

hi, I've recently joined this website and came across this flog. i'm actually a personal trainer, and theres no such thing as obstacles really, yes you may have a 10 month old, but look at it this way, when he/she is sleeping, do a quick 30 min work out. do your sessions when you can get it done. if you need any more advice, feel free to get in touch.
