No weight Change

So I was overly excited today because it was weigh in day for me only to step on the scale and realize that I haven't lost any weight... I am disappointed but expected it due to me eating Malted Milk Balls this weekend, Whatarburger and Burger King and foregoing what I would normally do, due to being rushed for time the entire weekend.  I know, I know I need to quit making excuses.. well I have moved on to Level 2 in the fat burner on the treadmill and I have also started strength training this week...so I am awaiting next Monday to see what the scale holds for me...on the flip side of that... I had someone who I hadn't told I was working out compliment me on my weight loss...so I am happy about that!!!

    Keep it going! You will find you will have weeks like that but yo have to keep pushing forward. Good luck for next week.
