No work today but I still made it to the gym by 5:30 a.m.!

I took today off work and thought wouldn't it be great to get the gym at my usual time, take my shower at home and get an early start on the day? Was great--came home, showered, had protein-berry shake and oatmeal. Sat net to my bf in bed to enjoy my coffee and a book--woke up 2 hours later at 10:00 a.m. So much for my early start.
Anyway--it was mostly an ordinary Monday workout:
Bench press: 4 sets, 65x12, 75x10, 80x8 (2x)
Incline bench press: 3 sets 65x12, 65x10, 65x8 (weaker by the minute)
Cable crossovers, 3 sets: 35x12, 40x8, 40x8
Lat pulldowns: 3 sets: 60x12, 70x8, 70x8
Rows on Hammer machine: 70x12, 90x12, 90x12
Instead of pressdowns, we did another hammer machine, more lats. 3 sets, 45x12 (each side)
Since I had the time, I did a 25 minute HIIT session on the bike. May be doing yoga tonight depending on my daughter's availability.
Diet is going well--lunch was boiled chicken breast (3 oz) and raw spinach. Feeling in control. I have been eating a square of 85% bittersweet chocolate almost every day. Curbs chocolate cravings--it is really so much better than milk chocolate. Reminds me of drinking good espresso or a nice, dry wine.
