We have been on the road from Saturday to last night. I hate to miss 3 days now because we cruise for a week the first of November and I have my week off planned for then.
Today I will shred everything because we head for the boat tomorrow and we'll do long canoe trips for 3 days.

DB lunges 15x35 12x40 10x45 10x50
DB squats 20x40 15x45 12x50

crunches holding DB behind head 15x10 15x15 15x20
twisted crunches DB behind head 15x10 15x15 15x20 each side
I doubled up today because we will be on the boat until Monday. I'll post canoe time in log.
