dumbbell twisted crunches 15x10 Lbs 12x15 lbs 10x20 lbs
side planks 3 sets of 2 minutes each
planks 3 sets of 2 minutes while lifting 1 leg...very hard
15 minutes stretch.

We are out of here for 6 days will swim and kayak in the Bahamas. No log
