treadmill 7 miles 1150 calories

It's surprising that a treadmill session removes 3 or 4 lbs of water weight. It's not permanent but it is surprising.

35 minutes of rotator cuff strengthening exercises. Difficult to describe but I will if anyone ever asks. Weight 3,5,10,15,20 lbs depending on which movements. 3 sets

front dumbbell raises 15x5 12x10 10x15

lateral dumbbell raises 15x5 12x10 10x15

bent over dumbbell laterals 15x5 12x10 10x15

arnolds 20x10 15x20 12x25 10x30

crunches 3 sets of 20

twisted crunches 3 sets of 20

lying side leg raises 3 sets of 20

I went off of my COPD meds 5 months ago because the inhaler wrecks my throat. My breathing is greatly improved and I think the core training is most responsible.
