Chin up - Pull up     3 sets of ten each

weighted chins

 8 x 10 lbs 
 7 x 15 lbs
5 x 20 lbs

weighted pull ups

6 x 10  lbs
5 x 15 lbs
4 x 20 lbs

Surprise at how quick the gains have been on pull ups after hitting 10 chins.  I am stretching a great deal between sets.
30 minutes

Incline treadmill- 45 minutes variable speed 585 calories.
