Rotator cuff warm up

lateral raises  10 x 5 lbs 3 sets
front raises      10 x 5 lbs 3 sets
bent over          10 x 5 lbs  3 sets

arms

seated dumbbell curls

15 x 25 lbs
12 x 30 lbs
10 x 35 lbs

seated overhead dumbbell extensions

15 x 25 lbs
12 x 30 lbs
10 x 35 lbs

dumbbell hammer curls

15 x 25 lbs
12 x 30 lbs
10 x 35 lbs

lyiing dumbbell extensions

15 x 25 lbs
12 x 30 lbs
10 x 35 lbs

Ordinarily I wouldn't do legs today but I've been having severe leg pain and cramping from laying a floor so I did the following with no weght for the third day in a row. Pain is abating. Working through it works sometimes.

box squats  3 sets of 10
lunges         3 sets of 10
single leg calf raises 3 sets of 10

treadmill 45 minutes 745 calories

dance stretch and yoga tonight
