hanging leg lifts

lying side leg lifts

box squats, lunges single leg calf raises no weight

sets of 18, 16, 14, 12, 10

Very  fast, no rest 42 minutes, lots of sweat

treadmill, 45 minutes, max incline, 745 calories 45 minutes
