hanging leg raises

lying side leg raises

5 sets of 20

lying side leg tucks

5 sets of 20

back hyper extension

5 sets of 20

side hyper extension

5 sets of 20 each side

box squats

5 sets of 20

lunges

5 sets of 2o

single leg calf raises

5 sets of 20

I did rest 30 seconds between a few sets because I'm freaking old. These were all body weight exercises. I extended the usual sets of 3 because we temporarily killed the treadmill. Part's in mail.

Dance lesson tonight.

Bought 30 cans of tuna and I'm going to take the plunge on the tuna diet. If this log is a string of complaining and profanity in a few days, please forgive. I am a navy man and I am creative with colorful language so it may be entertaining.
