Box squats

6 sets of 15

Pull ups

12,12 , 10,10, 9,9

lunges

6 sets of 15

single leg calf raises

6 sets of 15

Dips

12, 10, 10, 9, 8, 7

1 hour 15 minutes 30 second rest each circuit

Dance at American legion tonight
