lying leg lifts

5 sets of 15

lying leg tucks

5 sets of 15

I do lifts and tucks between sit ups so I do not have to pause

Hanging leg lifts

5 sets of 15

weighted back hyper extension

15 x 20 lbs
12 x 25 lbs
12 x 30 lbs
12 x 35 lbs
10 x 40 lbs

weighted side hyper extension

15 x 20 lbs
12 x 25 lbs
12 x 30 lbs
12 x 35 lbs
10 x 40 lbs

Again, I alternate these three so I don't have to pause

39 minutes.

Treadmill is fixed and very quiet.

45 minutes max incline 755 calories....great energy

dance tonight if my girl feels like it.
