First day back after 4 or 5 sick days. I do not believe in "pushing through" sickness.


Started back light with circuit

rotator cuff warm up
seated dumbbell and hammer curls 15 x 25
seated and lying dumbbell extensions 15 x 25
flat bench flys  15 x 20 2 sets
flat bench dumbbell press 15 x 40 2 sets
incline sit ups 2 sets of 15
lying side leg raises 2 sets of 15
lying side leg tucks 2 sets of 15
hanging leg lifts 2 sets of 15
box squats 2 sets of 15
lunges 2 sets of 15
single leg calf raises 2 sets of 15


Winded and shakey...no treadmill
