I must just hate myself to do what I did today. We have added 45 minutes of yoga for the last few days and I am paying the price.


Yoga---45 minutes

incline sit ups, back hyper extension, side hyper extension, hanging leg lifts, lying side leg lifts , lying side leg tucks

5 sets of 15.....ow


treadmill...I ran/walked  for 45 minutes. That was really stupid. Ran level so it burned far fewer calories but the pain tells me I did okay.
