back bridge kick

chins

sets of 8, 10, 12, 15

side planks with tucks

3 sets of 15

planks

4 sets 30 seconds

burpees

4 sets of 15

treadmill , level, run 2 minutes walk 2 minutes.....35 minutes

So much sweat
