down dog side to side jump then push ups 2 sets of 15
mountain climber 2 sets of 15
side planks with elbow to knee touch 3 sets of 15
3 sets of 12 chins
3 sets of 15 push ups
back bridge with high kicjs 2 sets of 14
side leg raises and tucks
goblet squats 3 sets of 10 x 40 lbs
Probably more but I forgot
time 34 minutes...no rest
