mountain climber.........down dog push up 3 x 15
military press 3 x 10.... 50 60 80
chin up 5 x 8, 12, 12, 10,8
burpee 1 x 10 gotta work up to multiples
side planks with leg tuck 3 sets of 10
planks 3 for 1 minute
bench leg raises 3 sets of 15
walk/ run 15 to 30 minutes treadmill
