mountain climber.........down dog push up  3 x 15 with 15 push ups per set
lying leg raises on bench 3 sets of 20
military press 15 x  50lbs , 12 x 80 lbs , 10 x 90 lbs
chin up sets of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
burpee 2 x 10
walk/ run 15 to 30 minutes

Dance PM

late evening

rotator cuff 10 minutes
push ups decline 5 sets of 20
scissor legs 3 sets of 20
butt ups
