half day

I should be doing power tower which would be chins, dips leg raises push ups and gorillas but I haven't taken a day off in a while so I'm doing my minimum.

2 sets of 25  each below

bent knee crunches
side planks with knee tuck
butt ups
lying side leg raises
lying side leg
push ups
lying straight leg lifts
bicycles
