gorilla chins
5 sets of 5
side hyper extensions each side
5 sets of 10
pull ups
3 sets of 5, 2 sets of 8
back hyperextension
5 sets of 10
chin ups
sets of 6, 8, 8, 9, 10
incline sit ups
5 sets of 10

gorillas, pulls and chins hit the same area....very fatigued

45 minute yoga

salsa class 1 hour
hustle class 1 hour
