Not a lot to report...

Only had time for cardio this morning when I got to the gym and remembered we were at 45 minutes. I did 20 minutes on a bike and the rest on the elliptical. Tonight I am feeling very tired and I am experiencing more soreness from the butt blaster than I did the first time. Maybe the extra step ups? Mostly I'm feeling it in my thighs. But that's a good thing. I have a holiday party coming up at work on Dec. 9--that gives me three leg workouts before I show my legs on the dance floor.
My diet has been turkey, turkey, turkey. All week it has gone like this:
preworkout berry, cottage cheese protein (although none today)
breakfast: oatmeal (today added chocolate protein shake)
lunch: boring old roast turkey, plain, and microwaved green beans
snack: cottage cheese and mixed berries
dinner: same boring roast turkey, cold, and broccoli with a little cheddar cheese (oh wait, tonight I subbed the turkey for a hamburger patty)
I'm done with turkey and leftover stuffing is going to the dogs.
