Since I've joined and my first day, I haven't done too much. My thoughts are being absorbed by my boy friend's health and my job which is leading up to a terrific stress high point by Wednesday. Nevertheless, Saturday I dis some shopping, which always entails walking and lugging quie heavy weights. Sunday I walked to the bakery and I worked in the garden doing some heavy duty weeding. I know it's not much, but I'm trying to stay positive here. Any movement is better than none at all !!!
