Not Too Bad...So Far!!!

So I've been doing this 8-Hour Diet for three full days now, and it's been fairly simple! I haven't been over-eating as many people seem to do when they think of not being able to eat for 16 hours. I actually think I've been sticking to a healthier diet! I usually start eating breakfast around 10, then end up with lunch between 11:30 or noon. I do have a small snack in between lunch and dinner as I start to get hungry around 2ish. Since my husband works nights we have our dinner at 5, then I'm done eating for the day by 6. I've still been drinking all my required water for the day and you are allowed a glass of orange juice or black coffee when you first wake up...I've opted for orange juice since I'm not that into coffee! I haven't factored in any exercise yet, I want to do a full week of this diet before adding anything onto it. I haven't weighed myself since December 4, 2012, but I will let you know if there has been a lose since then!
