Nothing like leg day to refocus you....

Dragging a little this morning, well, heavy leg work will wake you right up...felt really good about the squats today, I got better depth and control with this weight than I have yet :)
Warm-ups not included:

Squats 3 sets 225X8
Db SLDL 80'sX10, 85'sX8, 90'sX6
SS:
Leg Press 3 sets 540X10 ho boy
lying DB leg curls 3 sets 50X10
SS:
Leg ext 3 sets 160X10
seated leg curl 160X9 1/2, 9 1/2, 8 1/2
SS:
Seated calf raise 155X10, 125X10, 10
Standing calf raise 3 sets 230X8
half hour on elliptical in THR zone.
