Pistol Practice: 4:00

Man Makers: 16kg bell - 30 second walking as active rest 12:00 total.

KB Push Press: 32kg bell 4/side

Stretching and Roller: 14:00

Thoughts: Handle is too narrow on the 16kg bell for that many two handed swings.

Overall, not bad.

Take that 32kg bell.
