Off day...

Did Abs and cardio today. 20 minutes on the stepper, standard cardio. Beginning a small bit of cardio. Succeeded again this week in reaching my goal of a 1 lb. weight loss. No calorie cuts for 2 more weeks, so I am going to slowly work in a bit of cardio to go along with my workout protocol for a caloric deficit. Looking for another 1 lb. loss this coming week.
