Off to another good week

Been doing lots of leg work at the dojo, royal court, which involves doing deep squats OBW,hindu push ups,neck bridges. The of course all the stance which involve resistence to the legs.
As for the 3rd week starting off. Able to hold good form during Back routine, Deadlifts, Close grip pulldowns, and Dumbell rows, (wrist was a little stiff sore at the beginning however mustard and did good)
Was also a shoulder day, Front dumbell raises, Side dumbell raises, dumbell presses. For the front dumbell raises, needed to really decrease the weight to get good form and to not cause injury to the wrist. SO started at 5lbs worked up to 20lbs. THen on to biceps. Standing EZ bar curls, preacher curls both went well increased weight, went well. Started at 30 moved up to 60 no problems. Then my ab work.

Great day for me.

    Nice job and very good to see you know to keep the form first. weight is always second..keep up the good work!
