Oh God, let's slow down!
So I started out a new circuit program today. My legs are not pleased about this fact. Tomorrow, I can tell my shoulders will join the chorus of complaint. However, I burned over 500 calories doing the circuit workout, and then I did cardio for 30 minutes and burned another 425. I made it through both and I didn't feel like I was going to keel over and die (miraculously), so I feel pretty good. Sore and weak, but I feel good about the calories I burned and the muscles I worked. For those who may be interested:
