Ok, This is Good!

So I didn't log back on yesterday but I DID to everything else I said I would. Yay me!

Today the weather is miserable so I am going to have another go at the home training on this sight and tweek it to I dont feel bored or like I'm not doing something significant enough.

Got a pull up bar and aiming for 20 - 30 (a good place to start I think) and some crunches, followed by some yoga on the wii fit.

Small vegetarian lasagna with huge salad. Loads & loads of  water throughout the day.

I am really pleased with myself - I am feeling more focused and energised than I presumed.
