Okay feeling pretty good this morning...

It was hard but forced myself to bed at 8:30 last night. This time of night is always when I get a second wind, so it can be tough getting to bed. So I do feel okay this morning.

Changed routine of 10 minute warm-up-stretching-muscle training-30 minute cardio to:

40 minute cardio-stretching-muscle training.

For this morning anyways. Have to take daughter to school early this morning for soccer practice. Was a different take doing the cardio first. Did 10k in 41 minutes. Doing good last two days with nutritional menu.
