Okay rethinking...
So the 4am is killing me. Wrote one of the moderators about the cardio in morning and weights at night and/or visa versa. Very nice, said that to do what works for me and if it's not broken don't fix it. But in all reality it is broken in a way.
I do see subtle results, but I am so brain dead for the rest of the day. Just too tired. The reason I initially joined was for the positive endorphins and energy. Well you don't have energy when you don't get enough sleep. I guess minor problem is moderator said I don't have to worry if I am not body building. So I guess I'll gain some muscle mass. I am going to experiment this week. Going to do 30 minutes of cardio on empty stomach in the morning, so in order to have a half hour wake up moment, will get up at 6:30. 2 1/2 hours of sleeping in. Then at around 7 or 8 pm like tonight I will do weights. Will give it a go and see how it works.
I have a tension band home gym coming tonight from girlfriend. Her son will be here with it shortly so I may be able to change some of my routines of cans and dumbells at home to some gym equipment. Just have to see what all it is equipped with first. So routine changes are happening. Hoping for the best.
Hit nutritional intake dead on today! All excellent! How awesome does that feel! Great, so happy I made it up to par rather than being below it all the time! Well will see how this week goes!
