Old Body

I've been sitting here wondering whether or not I should go to the gym tomorrow. Ya, my hamstring hurts.. ya, it's lower body.. "I can work back and chest tomorrow" I keep saying to myself. I also need to remind myself that today was the fifth session in a row. I can't remember the last time I did that, let alone six... so, tomorrow I take the day off. Perhaps return on Saturday or maybe even delay it a few days and revamp the next few weeks to just focus on the Ten Thousand Swing Challenge. Regardless, the body needs the rest.
