Old habits die hard... still no excuse.

Plotted out my reconditioning plan last night after eating too much and drinking too much. Grandma is dying and my response to stress is still to try and obliterate it with food/drink. But today I feel horrible, everything hurts and i am nauseous (I only had two margaritas and 1 1/2 beers).
I made myself go and workout anyways, but it did suck. My own fault.
Here is my wimpy sugar/alcohol hangover workout, may I never be so stupid again!!!
Squats - 4 sets 65lbs/15 reps
Leg curls - 3 sets 35 lbs/15 reps
one arm db rows 4 sets 20lbs/8 reps
lat pull downs 3 sets 50 lbs/12 reps
stiff legged deadlifts 2 sets 45lbs/15 reps
Incline presses 4 sets 45lbs/10 reps
db flat bench presses 3 sets 20lbs/12 reps
standing db shoulder presses 15 lbs/12 reps 20
