Old switcheroo--Wednesday is Thursday this week

Maricela has a meeting on Thursday, but she didn't want to miss this workout, so we switched with Wednesday. The bad part is that it is going to feel like Thursday to me all day now!
Warm up light DB rows: 10x15,10x15,10x15
One arm db rows: 4 sets, 15x35, 12x35, 10x40, 8x40
Narrow grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x60,10x70,8x70
Flat DB Bench Press: 4 sets, 15x20,12x25,10x25,8x30
Flat DB Flys: 3 sets, 12x20,10x20,8x25
Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets, 15x15,12x20,10x20,8x20
front raises: 4 sets, 12x15, 10x15, 8x15
