Omelet II (the mean one)

Start: 7:08am
Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: KBell warmup - 5:45 (35lbs)

I used a 35lb bell for the following... movements were for 30 seconds each.

Swing (L/R/H2H)
High Pull (L/R)
Snatch (L/R)
Thruster (L/R)
Deck Squat
Twist
Plank
TGU Sit Up (L/R)

I did two rounds. The first round was 12:43 and the second was 14:30...

I followed with OH walks for 30 seconds. Each hand twice.

Thoughts: I did 14 minutes of stretching. Today was MUCH better than Friday (probably the heavy carbs from yesterday!). Still, I'm resting too much between movements. I feel 25lbs is too light, so I won't be going back to it. I wish we had 30lbs.
