Well here I am, again, trying again, a little more dertermend again... etc. ect...
Started my work out today with the help from freetrainer, I like the way you can change things around a bit.
Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Abs
Ball Bent Over Dumbbell Rows 12x25, 12x25, 10x30, 8x30 lbs.
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 12x25, 12x25, 10x30, 8x30 lbs.
Front Dumbbell Raises 12x10, 12x12.5, 10x15, 8x15 lbs.
Standing Lateral Raises 6x10, 10x5, 10x5, 8x5 lbs.
Seated Dumbbell Curls 12x20, 12x20, 10x20, 8x20 lbs.
Reverse Barbell Curls 10x45, 12x45, 10x45, 8x45 lbs.
Cruches 15, 15, 15
Leg Raises 15, 15, 15
Seated Twists 15, 15, 15
Cardio, Walked for 30 mins. (In the cool Florida Rain too. Felt great!)
