On Fire Today!!
Down another lb, feels like I've lost 10 though...Went and did 30 minutes of cardio this morning.
Then at lunch did:
Leg Press
same as I usually do, feet low together, feet high shoulder width 3 sets of 15...but I did 90 lbs plates each side, . Then I did feet medium height toes out w/ 70 lbs each side, 3 sets of 15
then did
Squats on the smith.. 45 lbs each side, two set of 15 then added another 5 lbs each side for another set of 12
Then did leg extension
In order to squeeze out 20, I could only do 60 lbs but did 2 sets of that. Then did 80 lbs for 8 reps, drop down to 60 lbs to finish off.
Then did
30 lb barbell behind the head (on my neck) and did single leg lunges. 1 set of 15 each leg, 1 set of 20 each leg...
If I am not sore tomorrow I will be shocked.
I didn't write in yesterday, was too busy but in the am did 30 minutes of good running and sprints. WEnt back at lunch and did awesome chest and abs then did another 10 minutes of sprints.....
