On the road again....

I am traveling for work and the hotel I am in only has a bike for exercise equipment and some light dumbbells so I brought my bands for exercise. I am using the bands weight loss and toning routine from this site. The bands are blue, red, green - heaviest to lightest

I guess it is better than watching TV and eating bon bons. Damn hot tub is out of order. That sucked. I am trying to watching my diet while on the road this week, no soda, no beer. Salads without the good stuff with lunch and dinner, fruit 4 times a day, oatmeal from breakfast, lean meat sandwich for lunch, and frozen Healthy Choice meal for dinner. Cheese, yogurt, or cereal bar for snack. Keeping it around 2K calories a day. It sucks to be a fat old man. But I am changing that crap.
