Hey, I have found this really GREAT website: Freetrainers.com!! LOL And it is helping me setup my excerise program. I live in apartments and we have a SMALL gym.With a elipic machine, free weights, 1 machine you put the free weights on, and a treadmill. So, with the help of this wonder site, I am setting up a folder. One for at gym and one for at home workouts! Went to gym yesterday, 10 mins. on elipical and 10 mins of free weights. I HAVE to go slow. I have fibromyligia. And if I over do, it cost me for WEEKS AND WEEKS!!
For my "diet" I am doing IF, Intermitten Fasting. This fits in with my normal "hunger" times. Scale shows 2 pounds down, but, I feel better. Not so blotted and yuck feeling.
Had hubby take my "before" pic this am. Gonna put one on my fridge. My plan is to take one each month on same day. I want to see the body changes. Scales are soooooo over rated. If you are doing more then you use to, chances are you are building muscle. Muscle weights more than fat. So, the scale might say you have not lost anything. this may not be true!! You lost FAT and gained MUSCLE!! Muscle burns fat!!
