Hope to shake this crud I have and finish week tomorrow with an awesome workout to include cardio.
Gained two pounds but I'm sure it will fall off quick. Losing weight has not been my problem. Keeping it on during exercise has. Goal weight is 202 current is 204. I'll decide about week 12 if I want to go to my "healthy weight" for my Ht or not. I think that is 185 at 70".
