Oops, I might have skipped a day or two..

Not sure if I'm having alarm issues or if I'm just having waking up issues, but I woke up late yesterday AND today to my second alarm...never heard the first. I missed yesterday. Today I got a late start. I don't feel too bad about it...I wanted to me my knee a break anyway.
Deadlifts 3 sets, 10x115 ea
superset with
Incline Chest Press, 3 sets, 10x30,10x30,10x30
Bulgarian split squats: 3 sets, 10x20's ea. superset with
Mixed grip lat pulldowns: 3 sets, 10x100,10x100,10x100
RDL's: 3 sets, 10x95 ea. superset with
Swiss Ball Lateral Rolls: 3 sets
Since I was late, Josie and Maricela started without me and did their own thing, which was cool with me. I was able to move from station to station and adhere to my 45 sec. rests for the most part.
So, although I missed workout A-6, we will be moving on to Fat Loss II on Monday. No cardio this week at all. Tonight I'm going out with my daughters .. either to dinner, a bar or both. My baby girl (recently turned 21), is moving to Oregon on Tuesday. This will be our last hurrah for a while, I suppose, until I manage to scrape up the funds to visit her. I miss her already.
