Ouch

I started in on a version of the Intermediate Circuit workout today, and all I have to say is "OUCH!"  I can barely walk, can't lift my arms higher than my chest, and my back feels like I've been run over by a truck (that backed over me just so it could run over me again) and my left knee is none too pleased with the full body squats with overhead presses that I wrapped each circuit up with.

I don't know about Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness...if I'm this bad now, I hate to think what I'll be like in 24 hours.

    DOMs happens about 3 days later. Pain is weakness leaving the body. Lifting is like drinking. Sometimes the hair of the dog is the only cure. Hit it harder tomorrow and if you keep doing that, the pain will go away a little bit each day. If muscles hurt, chances are you did it right. Go Herald
