172 at last weigh in ( down due to illness/flu)

LAST WORKOUT WAS 3 DAYS AGO  still sore after doing Arm workout
increased weight being lifted caused a slower recouperation time, been feeding muscles as much as possible
i scoop of creatine, half a scoop of jacked

Preacher Curls  40lbs x 3 set of 10
dumbell lifts 30lbs 3 x10
wrist curls 30 lbs 3 x till failure (5-7reps)
